My dad and my brother were questioning whether they'd even be able to make it to our lakehouse. They had so much snow and they even had to walk the drive into the cabins, but they did make it. They were able to move the beds I'd taken up from the cabins to the house. They are already teasin me about me owing them for doin it all . It's so cool just to know it won't be much longer till we get to go up and stay in the house. I'm really looking forward to our first sleep in it.

A few more things making their way up North
My dad and brother are leaving at 4 am this morning to go up to Minnesota. I just looked at the weather and 3-5 inches of snow are expected tonight. We must all be crazy ! Anyhow, They're taking a few things up for our lake house and that's got me smiling. Hope the trip goes smooth.

First time seeing the Lakehouse finished
I went up to see our lakehouse last week. My cousin went with me and we had a heck of a trip up there through rain and snow. I thought the place looked absolutely beautiful. The log finish was just the touch it needed to really look right. We took up some beds and other things but the snow was so deep on the road to the house that we had to store the beds in my parents cabin for now. Anyhow here's a picture or 2 to show you all how it turned out :)
